Booking
Booking/health information forms must be filled out by parents/carers prior to attending
any Baby Massage/Baby Yoga course. It is the responsibility of the parent/carer to inform the instructor of any changes to the booking/health information form on a weekly basis.
Full payment is required at the time of booking a course or workshop to secure your place.
Cancellation
If you cancel a pre-booked course or workshop giving 2 or more weeks’ notice from the start
of the course or workshop, a full refund will be given. Refunds/discounts are not given
for sessions missed within a course. If you cannot attend a day of the course please let me know by emailing rosybeginningscambs@gmail.com.
The missed routine can be caught up either in the next session, from the handouts given at the start of each course or in additional training which is payable by you for the instructor’s time and expenses.
We reserve the right to cancel a course/workshop due to sickness or if there is a problem with the venue or the class size. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be given for the lost session.
In the event of forced closure due to pandemic etc. classes will move to an online system and any remaining sessions can be continued this way. Alternatively you can request a credit note which can be applied to a later in-person course once resumed.
Health and Safety
Full disclosure of all known existing medical conditions and/or contraindications is required at time of booking. Any new conditions or contraindications that arise after completing the health questionnaire should be highlighted to Rosy Beginnings at the time of your session.
Where possible, ensure that any child immunisations are administered at least 72 hours prior to your booked baby massage session, as this is contraindicated for massage.
Always complete a skin patch test on your baby’s wrist when using massage oil and follow the instructions on the bottle for storage and use.
Photographs
Only with your written permission, will photographs of the classes be used for advertising.
Parents are permitted to take photographs of only their child during classes.
Offers
From time to time you may receive offers relating to our courses; once enrolled on a course and payment for the course has been made, you are not able to access any other discount code or special offer on the course you are enrolled on and have paid for. You cannot use two separate codes or offers on the same product.
We reserve the right to withdraw any offers that you may have received in error in the event of any dispute.
Complaints
If you have any complaints regarding our in person training, please raise them with the course instructor and we will try to remedy them as much as we can and provide you with what you need. It is difficult to remedy issues regarding the in person training after the event so we ask you to act whilst on the course.
