  • What if my baby cries?
Firstly, please don't worry! The chance of every baby being in the right mood for a massage during the same 1 hour period is minimal! Babies cry to communicate a need to us; they might be tired, hungry, in need of a nappy change or just wanting a cuddle. I always encourage you to tune into your baby, trust your instincts and meet their needs. Even if you don't get chance to join in with any massage during the class you will receive handouts and catch up videos to help guide you from the comfort of your own home.
  • I have a medical condition, will I still be able to attend a class?
My classes are fully inclusive. There is space on your health declaration to notify me of any medical conditions you or your baby have, and together we will plan whether to make any necessary adjustments to the environment or lesson plans.
  • What do I need to bring to class?
Changing bag with your essentials Comfortable clothes for you and your baby Extra feed as massage can leave babies hungry Any prescribed creams you wish to use instead of the massage oil provided
  • I want to attend a class but can't make the day/time advertised
I offer a number of flexible alternatives to attending a class in-person including private small group and 1:1 bookings. Please message me for further details.
  • I have twins/triplets - can I come to a class?
Absolutely! The cost of a course is per family so you won't pay double for more than one baby. Some parents of multiples come to class together and massage a baby each, sometimes one parent comes and focuses on one baby each week while the other(s) sleep and some parents prefer a private 1:1 session. Please feel free to message me for any further information on how to massage your babies in class, or to book a private session.
  • What is provided for me?
All equipment will be provided for you including mat, towel and cushion A complimentary bottle of organic massage oil for baby massage classes A weekly email with catch up videos and handouts of the massage and yoga routines Tea, coffee, water and cake (the most important part!)
  • Can I take photos during class?
You are more than welcome to take photos of your little one in class but these must not include any other families in the background. Please feel free to tag my page in any social media posts, I love to see them!
  • What if I can't make a class?
There may be times when you can't make a class - you or your baby might be unwell or maybe you've had a really rough night and just need to catch up on some sleep! This isn't a problem; after each session of massage and yoga you receive an email with videos and handouts so you can easily catch up on anything you missed. If possible please drop me a message to let me know you can't make it.
  • Where are your classes held?
Classes are currently held on Mondays at St Mary's Community Hall in Sawston. Turn off the High Street at the War Memorial and continue down Church Lane. The hall is approximately halfway down with a small car park and plenty of on street parking too.
